Rest

Are you tired? Worn out? Burn out on religion? Jesus says, “Come to me and I will give you rest.” (see Matthew 11:28-30)

God’s love for you is so big, so powerful, it has provided for you everything you will ever need, including forgiveness (Ephesians 1:7-8), salvation (Acts 16:31), peace (John 14:27), joy (John 15:11) righteousness (2 Corinthians 5:21), friendship with Him (John 15:15), the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16), patience (Galatians 5:22), goodness (Galatians 5:22), wise counsel (James 3:17) and so much more!

It’s all found in Him. And if you believe, you are a brand new creation (see 2 Corinthians 5:17).
He is now within you. A part of who you are. Weaving His perfect ways into you. His love provides. His love gives. His love sustains.

Are you tired of carrying the weight of self-effort? His love is the only way to true rest.
