A Divine Mystery

There is a divine mystery—a secret surprise that has been concealed from the world for generations, but now it’s being revealed, unfolded and manifested for every holy believer to experience.

Paul is excitedly sharing with the Colossians about something NEW that was unfolding before their eyes. Before Jesus, God was seen as far off, someone difficult to please with strict rules and requirements. Good and evil was determined by the top echelon of religious/political leaders and resulted in death if it was determined necessary.

BUT NOW...

God had promised years before, in the prophecies of the Old Testament scriptures, that a new day was coming. It was coming with the Messiah. This is what He ultimately brought to the world:

Living within you is the Christ who floods you with the expectation of glory!

Jesus Christ beautifully revealed the true heart of God. That LOVE is His nature and that forgiveness is His way of restoring us to our rightful place in relationship with Him. As He promised, He, through the Holy Spirit, came to make His home within us. We are now living in the Messianic Age.

This mystery of Christ, embedded within us, becomes a heavenly treasure chest of hope filled with the riches of glory for his people, and God wants everyone to know it!

We are holding a treasure within us! As we become aware of this, we inadvertently share the goodness of this treasure with all who we come in contact with. Things like love, peace, joy, patience, gentleness, etc.

Christ is our message! We preach to awaken hearts and bring every person into the full understanding of truth.

Judi and I travel and share the message of Christ, His Goodness, His unconditional love with whoever we can. We see hearts awakening to this secret surprise and it is really fun to see, both in churches/home groups and on the streets.

It has become my inspiration and passion in ministry to labor with a tireless intensity, with his power flowing through me, to present to every believer the revelation of being his perfect one in Jesus Christ. (Colossians 1:26-29, TPT)

Gabby, we are honored to carry this treasure alongside you to a hurting world around us. Our hearts are full knowing this is our ministry and life calling. Thank you for sharing the good news of this beautiful secret.
